Each user may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension, voiding of bonuses and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

ct999h is an English-language online betting and gaming information platform built for Pakistani players. The Platform provides information on sports betting markets, casino games, responsible gambling practices and related content. We do not claim a Pakistan-issued gambling licence or a Pakistan office.
By accessing, registering on, or using ct999h in any manner, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

To register and maintain an account on ct999h, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for the duration of your account's existence:
Registration on ct999h requires the provision of accurate, current and complete personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered details. ct999h reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time.
Each individual may register only one account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, ct999h may immediately suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets and bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your sole responsibility. You must provide your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport or equivalent). Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
Deposits may be made using payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of transaction. The availability of specific payment options varies by account region, operator configuration and applicable payment provider policies. ct999h references familiar Pakistan payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual information only. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.
ct999h may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers and other incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Illustrative welcome offer figures referenced elsewhere on the Platform — such as "100% match up to PKR 25,000" or "Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000" — are examples only. Actual offer availability, match percentages, maximum bonus amounts, minimum deposit requirements and wagering conditions are determined by the live promotion terms at the time of your first qualifying deposit.
All bets placed on ct999h are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market in question. General betting rules are set out below; market-specific rules are published in the relevant section of the Platform.
A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the Platform with a unique bet reference number. System errors, display glitches or delays in confirmation do not constitute an accepted bet. ct999h reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly priced markets or following system errors.
Sports markets — including Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL T20 markets, ICC tournament events, football leagues, UFC bouts and other listed events — are offered as information and entertainment. ct999h does not claim affiliation with, partnership with or endorsement by PCB, PSL, ICC, any cricket board, any football league, or any sports governing body.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to enhanced volatility. Odds may be suspended, amended or withdrawn by the operator without notice during live events. Bets placed during suspension periods will be voided. ct999h accepts no liability for bets affected by network delays, latency or internet connectivity issues on the user's side.
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may differ by market, event and account status. ct999h reserves the right to impose account-level stake restrictions at its discretion, including in response to suspected irregular betting patterns.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ct999h and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, voiding of bets and/or forfeiture of balances:
ct999h is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion.
Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, loss limits and session time reminders through their account settings. Limit reductions take immediate effect. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
Users who feel they are developing a gambling problem may request a self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion, the affected account will be suspended and marketing communications ceased.
ct999h applies age verification controls at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts suspected of belonging to underage users will be suspended immediately pending verification.

ct999h reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct999h, its affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of goodwill.
ct999h makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds displayed, or the outcome of any bet or game. Sports results, event outcomes and game results are determined by independent parties and ct999h accepts no liability for any discrepancy between displayed and actual outcomes.
ct999h is not responsible for losses resulting from network failures, internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions or any other technical disruption outside ct999h's direct control.
ct999h collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside this Agreement.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ct999h holds its operating licence. The specific governing jurisdiction will be detailed in the operator's licensing disclosures available on the Platform. Users in Pakistan should note that Pakistani courts may also assert jurisdiction over disputes arising from activity conducted within Pakistan.
